Felicia Jamison
The founder and president of American Life Caribbean Mission has been involved in Ministry work for over 13 years. She is a liturgical dancer and motivational speaker to women's groups and inner-city youth. Her ministry has traveled to: South Carolina, Florida, Texas, New York, Canada, New Orleans, Mexico, The Bahamas, Jamaica, Barbados and The United Kingdom. She views Mentorship as a wonderful tool to propel individuals into their destiny. She is the Author of "Rain on Your Face" and a Certified Healing Coach. She does a Podcast with Dr Leslie Bronner a Behavior Health specialist. The Podcast is called "How Did We Get Here?" The focus of the Podcast is how our family, work stress and current world events effects our mental health - how to heal personally and healing in our communities. She is a Registered Nurse with a BSN degree from NCCU of Durham North Carolina. She is a Wound Nurse Consultant trained at Emory Medical University in Atlanta Georgia. Her love and compassion as a nurse has now enlarged and is being extended to help those who cannot help themselves. Felicia believes one "Golden Opportunity" can change an individual's entire life. She is supported by a Board of Directors with American and Jamaican representation.

Rick Richardson
Serves as a Board member and offers assistance with technical support and various business needs. He is an award winning professional photographer and a member of the Professional Photographers of America. He is also the owner of Inspirational Light Photography and his wife Crystal, assists with his photography business. His sharp and creative ideas are vital to the Organization. He enjoys having the time to mentor his young son Nicholas and creating memorable family trips.

Gary Messado

(Kingston Jamaica Board Member)
Gary is a native of Kingston Jamaica. He graduated from Morehouse College in Atlanta Georgia in 2005 with a B.A. in Accounting. In Atlanta, he was the Vice president of a campus ministry(Joshua Generation) and a Mentor Coordinator for Inner City Youth with (Ministry and Faith in Action). Upon graduation he returned to Jamaica to attend the University of the West Indies (UWI) and obtained a Masters of Science in Accounting. He is now a Jamaican Charted Accountant. He is a young adults leader at his local church (Christian Life Fellowship) and served as the President of Campus Crusade for Christ on the U.W.I. campus. He serves as our Inner City Coordinator and Youth Minister. He is a compelling speaker at youth events and has a deep compassion for the poor. He is married to Carissa Mesado a strong woman of God and she is a Lawyer in Kingston.

Crystal Richardson
Serves as a Board Member and as our International travel coordinator. She is a teaching assistant for a local school and works one on one with students to advance them in reaching personal goals with school work. She worked for American Airlines as an International Flight Attendant for 29 years. Her knowledge and background in the travel industry has been very helpful. She is able to coordinate events for the Organization with great ease. Crystal also received a B.A. degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been involved in Ministry events with Felicia Jamison for over 10 years. They dance together in a Dance Ministry called "Purified Gold".

Shawn Thompson
(Kingston Jamaica Youth Mentor)
Shawn lives in an Inner City Community in Kingston. He is an avid soccer player and exemplifies true sportsmanship. He is a bright light and an example to other youth in his community. He became a Christian in 2005 during one of our Missions trips. He has grown tremendously and cares about the transformation of others in his Community. Shawn brings an inside perspective and understanding of  growing up in the Inner City to American Life Caribbean Mission. In 2006 he  completed a course in Construction with the Heart Program in Kingston. He recently started working for a local business in Kingston.

Alysia Moulton-White
(Kingston Jamaica  Events Coordinator)
Alysia is married to Oden White and they have 3 daughters. She is a youth minister at her local church(Church on the Rock) in Kingston. She  is a dynamic speaker ,enjoys mentoring youth and plans to create a foundation dedicated to  self esteem development for young women in her country. She serves as a host home and Events Coordinator during our missions trips. She also helps with distribution of items to the local individual families we assist. Her warm smile delights the heart of many people daily.
